Yellowtail Snapper with Bananas

1 pound of yellowtail filets
¼ pound of butter
1 lemon or lime
½ teaspoon of paprika
1 ripe banana, cut into thin slices

Coat a baking dish with some butter. Place the snapper filets in the dish and put thin slices of the banana on top. Melt the butter and the juice of the lemon/lime and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with the paprika. Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes or until the fish is no longer transparent.
