Tuna Stir Fry w/ Coconut Rice & Almonds

2 pounds of fresh tuna, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
1 onion sliced
2 cloves minced garlic
2 stalks green onions or scallions
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 key lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Season tuna with salt and pepper
Sautee peppers, onions, garlic, green onions. Add the tuna and drizzle on the Worcestershire sauce and honey. Stir fry for about 4-5 minutes or, if you like your tuna more rare, saute very briefly until edges are just cooked. Squeeze key lime over dish and sprinkle with almonds and serve over coconut rice.

Coconut Rice:
2 cups jasmine rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp salt

Rinse and drain rice, then place in a saucepan with water, coconut milk, and salt. Bring the liquid to a boil, then stir and reduce the heat to low and cover with lid. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 min.
