Pan Fried Panko Encrusted Cobia

4 cobia filets
½ teaspoon of dry mustard
½ teaspoon of dry ground ginger
½ teaspoon of ground peppercorns
½ cup of soy sauce
¼ cup of lemon juice
1 cup of panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Sriracha hot chili sauce
Slaw mix

Mix the seasonings, soy sauce and lemon juice together and marinate the fish for 5 minutes. Cover the marinated filets with the panko bread crumbs. Add butter and olive oil to a skillet and brown fish on both sides. Remove from skillet and place i=on paper towels to remove excess oil and butter. Drizzle with hot sauce and serve over the slaw.
