Mahi Mahi Lettuce Wraps

1 diced mango
2 plum tomatoes diced
1 red onion diced
1 jalapeno diced
3 tablespoons diced cilantro
2 limes, juiced
Salt and pepper
Olive oil as needed
2 mahi mahi filets
Lettuce leaves (butter or romaine recommended)

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and add salt and pepper. Season the fish with salt and pepper and brush with olive oil. Grill fish for about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside to cool.
When fish is cool, chop into chunks. Add to the salsa mix carefully, as to not break up the fish too much.
Add mixture to the center of the lettuce leaves and roll up and serve.
