Florida Keys Rental Boat Sailfish

  • Dark blue in color with a brown, white and silver underbelly
  • Large dorsal fin
  • Found offshore
  • Average about 30-60 pounds
  • Caught trolling live bait such as ballyhoo or blue runners
  • Fun to fish! Will jump and shake their head to try to shake the hook out, and will come back for more if they successfully shake the hook out

This fish is not good to eat; it is much more fun to catch and release.
